Germany 2023 – Day 2

Our busy day started at 8 a.m. at the hostel we were staying at. After eating we went by metro to the ”Basilique Sacrée Coeur in Paris/Montmartre” where we explored it inside and outside. It was so beautiful. We also went to one of the oldest churches in Paris, Saint-Pierre de Montmartre, which was constructed in 1134. For lunch, we went to ‘Le petit creux’, a traditional French restaurant in the middle of Montmartre. We went to the hostel at around 3 p.m. to get our bags and go to the train station in Paris to take a train to Frankfurt. After arriving in Frankfurt, we switched trains to go to Gelnhausen where our German buddies were waiting for us. We then went to our new temporary homes for much-needed sleep.
