Lea
Lea is the main Learning Management System used at the College. Final grades must be submitted through Lea, as should student attendance. In addition, it can be used to distribute course documents and resources, and to give assignments and receive submissions.
Teams
Teams is part of Office 365, which includes the Outlook email and calendar, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Excel, and other applications. Teams can be used to exchange messages and collaborate with colleagues, but it can also be used as an online learning platform.
Moodle
Moodle is a sophisticated Learning Management System. Moodle can be used for dynamic quizzes, various sorts of multimedia assignments, course glossaries, forums, and interactive videos.
Wooclap
Similar to Kahoot or Mentimeter, Wooclap allows you to launch polls, pose questions, and create word clouds with your students in class. Institutional licenses allow as many events, questions, and participants as needed.

Basic Rules for Generative AI-Use (For Students)
This is a brief, bare-minimum set of rules related to generative AI that teachers can share with students. In summary: (1) Students must seek the teacher's permission to use AI on an assignments; (2) students must use citations and work honestly; (3) students are responsible for the quality of their work, regardless of the tools they have used; (4) students should be vigilant about privacy and security; (5) in the case that students consult tutors, the student remains responsible for all submitted work.
