Presentation of F.L.E.X. (Fully Leveraged Exo-Hand)

Apr 23 , 2025

Join us for an inspiring presentation by Mateo Jarquin, a first-year science student at Champlain College-Lennoxville, as he showcases his award-winning project, F.L.E.X. (Fully Leveraged Exo-Hand).

Mateo’s innovative robotic hand, which tracks and mirrors finger movements without gloves or physical attachments, earned him Gold and Highest Distinction at the Super Expo-Science Hydro-Québec Provincial Finals. Now, he’s advancing to represent Québec at the national level!

This event is open to everyone—no science background required! Mateo will share his journey, the potential impact of his project, and his future plans. There will be a Q&A session right after the presentation, followed by a chance to try out his F.L.E.X. innovation.

Date: April 29th, 2025

Time: 7:00 PM

Location: Hamilton 301, Champlain and Bishop’s Campus (help will be available to guide you to the venue)

We invite the community to join us for this exciting event. Bring your curiosity and come learn from a young innovator!
