  • Invoicing and accounts receivable: billing, collections, cash management, rebates
  • Purchasing and accounts payable: purchase orders, invoices, payments, terms of payment
  • Bank accounts, petty cash, bank reconciliations
  • Payroll and fringe benefits
  • Inventory
  • Month-end and year end
  • Manufacturing environment: costing, variances, manufacturing overhead

About the Instructor

Alain Lessard is a CPA who teaches at Champlain College-Lennoxville for the Accounting Management and Technology Department. He also teaches at Bishop’s University and online for the Services d’aide aux entreprises. He has many years of experience in managing for various manufacturing organizations.
