Your official schedule will be made available by Thursday, January 13th, 2022.
A message will be posted on Omnivox once they are available.
The College may have modified your course schedule. If you need to make adjustments or add courses, you may do so from January 17 to 28, 2022. To make an appointment with an Academic Advisor, contact Student Records.
The official Ministry deadline to drop a course (have it removed from your schedule) is February 14, 2022 at 11:59 pm.
You must communicate with your Academic Advisor by this date to remove any courses that you are NOT attending from you schedule; otherwise, they will remain on your permanent academic transcript as failures.
All students are required to have a student I.D. card, which is in a digital format and accessible in Omnivox. Students who are unable to submit a photo through Omnivox will need to inform Student Records.
If you do not wish to have your photo, image, or video captured at Champlain College-sponsored activities or events and published for promotional purposes, a Student Photo/Image/Video Refusal form is attached for you to sign and return. Students under 18 years old require a legal guardian to sign their form.
All new students will receive, in OMNIVOX (documents), a Login Account with a Username and Password, which gives you access to the Champlain computers and other access listed below:
There is free WiFi in the Champlain Building. Select the CRC-LENNOX network and enter your Username and Password when prompted.
To access Office 365 go to www.office.com (this link is also on the on the Champlain website). Your Office 365 account is your Username followed by @crc-lennox.qc.ca (LE1234567@crc-lennnox.qc.ca) and the Password is your Champlain Computer Password.

Orders can be shipped to your home for only $5 +tx, or free delivery to Champlain Residences, or “pick-up” at the college. If “pick-up” is selected, you will be contacted through MIO with your pick-up time.
Purchases will be available starting Tuesday, January 4, 2022.

At the beginning of each semester each student will receive a $5.00 credit for printing in the Champlain building. The cost is 10 cents/page or 14 cents for recto-verso (both sides) or color print is 14 cents/page or 20 cents for recto-verso. To purchase print credit, students may contact Student Records.
You must respect your move-in date and time without exception.
Only new students will receive a move-in time. It will be communicated to them individually.

Bus passes are now available for purchase at the STS Office, Limocar or Pharmaprix Carrefour de l’Estrie. Once you have your card La Vermeilleuse, you can stop by our bookstore to reload it every month. For more information, you may contact the bookstore at store-lennox@crcmail.net.

All new students to Champlain Lennoxville are required to participate in a mandatory Sexual Violence training. More information on this will follow before the start of classes.
The professors in your theory classes will tell you when your labs will begin.
Locker rental is now available! The rental price is $10, and you must supply your own lock. You may rent your locker by stopping by the Bookstore located in the front lobby.

Partial refunds for students not coming to Champlain will be considered if the College is notified in writing BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF CLASSES.
