Thursday, August 15 – Move in day for students who have rented a room in our residences, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Friday, August 16 – All new students to Champlain Lennoxville are requested to participate in a mandatory ORIENTATION DAY: Welcome, Workshops, Campus Tours, Bystander Training. Come meet other new students, staff and faculty, and find answers to all your questions to get off to a good start! Please come to Centennial Theatre for 9:00 a.m. and expect to stay until 4:00 p.m. Attendance will be taken and your participation in all activities of the day is mandatory. Lunch will be provided!

Tuesday, August 20 – Program Orientation from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Thursday, August 22 – CLUB DAY and BBQ from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The College may have modified your course schedule. If you need to make adjustments or add courses, you may do so from August 20-23. Sign up sheets to make an appointment with an Academic Advisor will be located in the Records Office (Champlain 138).
The official Ministry deadline to drop a course (have it removed from your schedule) is September 19 in the fall semester and February 14 in the winter semester. You must see an Academic Advisor by this date to remove any courses from your schedule that you are not attending, otherwise they will remain on your permanent academic transcript as failures.
All students are required to have a student I.D. card, which will now be a digital version. Students who are unable to submit a photo through Omnivox will need to inform the Records Office (Champlain 138).
If you do not wish to have your photo, image, or video captured at Champlain College sponsored activities or events and published for promotional purposes, a Student Photo/Image/Video Refusal form is attached for you to sign and return. Students under 18 years old require a legal guardian to sign their form.
Some courses have course packs in addition to, or instead of textbooks. Everything can be purchased in our bookstore located at Reception in the Champlain Building. They will be available prior to classes on

Payment methods include cash, credit or debit card.
All new students receive a computer lab card with a Username and Password which gives you access to the computers in the labs. Students must respect the rules posted in the labs.
There is free WiFi in the Champlain Building. Select the CRC-LENNOX network and enter your Username and Password when prompted.
To access Office 365 go to www.office.com (this link is also on the on the Champlain website). Your Office 365 account is your Username followed by @crc-lennox.qc.ca (LE1234567@crc-lennnox.qc.ca) and the Password is your Computer Lab Password.
Each student will receive a $5.00 credit for printing in the Champlain computer labs at the beginning of the semester. The cost is 10 cents/page or 14 cents for recto-verso (both sides) or color print is 14 cents/page or 20 cents for recto-verso. To purchase print credit, students may see the Reception desk in the Main lobby.

Be dressed and prepared to be physically active for your first scheduled class. The first class in each course is given in the Sports Complex.
The professors in your theory classes will tell you when your labs will begin.
Lockers are available to rent from the receptionist starting the second week of classes.
Cost $10/ Academic year (Aug to May)
Students will now need to bring their own locks, or they can purchase a used one at reception for $5.
Students who have a lab in the science building should request a locker in the Johnson Building.
If you place your lock on a Champlain locker, without renting it from Champlain reception first, the lock will be cut off and the contents will be disposed of.
