27 Aug Call for nominations PARENT REPRESENTATIVE CHAMPLAIN LENNOXVILLE GOVERNING BOARD
Champlain College Lennoxville is seeking a Parent Representative to serve on its Governing Board in accordance with the provisions of the Colleges’ Act. To be eligible, candidates must be the parent of a student attending the college and must not be a member of the College staff.
The person awarded the position will be appointed for a two (2) year mandate.
Champlain College Lennoxville is administered by a Governing Board composed of sixteen (16) members representing various sectors of the College and its communities. The Governing Board meets at least (7) seven times per year. Meetings are held on weekdays in the evenings from 4:00 pm till 6:00 pm at the Champlain Lennoxville Campus, or may be held by videoconference. Documentation for all meetings is circulated seven (7) calendar days in advance to give members of the Board adequate preparation time.
Members of the Board are reimbursed any travel expenses incurred according to the College Policy for Travel and Representation Expenses.
