The instructors of the S.C.C. program are proud to announce the recipient in 2009 is Anastasia Picard.  Based upon a bequest to the Butters Foundation, the $1500 award is given annually to a second year Special Care Counselling student who is planning to continue in the program and has demonstrated consistent academic excellence, leadership, and dedication.   Anastasia personifies these attributes and it is therefore with great pleasure and respect that we offer our sincere congratulations and best wishes!
