The instructors of the S.C.C. program are proud to announce the recipient in 2009 is Anastasia Picard. Based upon a bequest to the Butters Foundation, the $1500 award is given annually to a second year Special Care Counselling student who is planning to continue in the program and has demonstrated consistent academic excellence, leadership, and dedication.
