This is an enrichment option open to all students in the college. All students must participate in internationally-oriented extra-curricular activities. For example, students could join Amnesty International, World University Service of Canada, the Refugee Sponsorship Committee, and work on a special event in the International Series. In past years, a work-study project in Peru and an exchange with Guyana has offered students the opportunity to experience life overseas. (Participation in exchanges is not a requirement of the program, nor are they offered every year.)
Students should consult the International Studies Coordinator regarding course requirements. All students should seek to acquire a sound knowledge of history, politics, economics, and culture. Upon completing this program a student will receive a certificate suitable for framing.
