How to Apply
Students apply online through the Service régional d’admission du Montréal métropolitain (SRAM), our online admissions portal. SRAM processes applications for Champlain College-Lennoxville and other colleges in the region. Students must complete the application, upload all required documents as indicated, and pay the application fee directly on the SRAM website.
The application deadlines for the first round are:

Missed the first round of admissions? It’s not too late to apply for the second and third rounds. Please consult the SRAM website for a list of the places available for each program.

HOW TO APPLY
1. Create an online account on SRAM
Create your online account on the SRAM website.
*Click on the New Account tab.
2. Click on Apply for Admission
It’s the first button on the left.
3. Select Champlain Lennoxville
Select Champlain College: Lennoxville Campus, English Cégep and the program of your choice.
4. Upload documents and pay application fee
If applicable, upload all required documents* and pay the $30.00 non-refundable application fee. Any outstanding documents and payments must be submitted before the deadline.
*Please note that most Quebec students will not need to submit any documents.
You’ve applied. What’s next?
1. Receive a decision
Log in to your SRAM account to check your application status. Answers (acceptance & refusal) will be available as of April 2nd.
*Please note that it could take a few weeks to process your application.
Have been admitted? Confirm your acceptance!
First things first: Congratulations! You’re in!
If you have been conditionally admitted, the first thing you must do is confirm your acceptance. The College will send you an email explaining how to proceed. If you do not receive an email, please verify your spam/junk mail folder before calling the College.
The next step is to create your Omnivox account in order to pay your fees (under Tuition and Fees in Omnivox). By paying your fees, you confirm your acceptance. IMPORTANT: If you do not pay your fees before the deadline specified in your acceptance letter, your acceptance to Champlain Lennoxville will be CANCELLED.
Information about orientation will be provided to you by MIO before your start date. Keep an eye on your Omnivox account and your MIOs for more details on your schedule and your booklist.

You may submit another application for the 2nd or 3rd round. Visit the SRAM website to consult the deadlines and the list of programs that are still accepting applications.
*Please note that spaces are very limited in the 2nd and 3rd rounds.
2. Reserve your place in Residence
Students who require a place in Residence must complete the required application form and submit it directly to Champlain College.
